By completing this application form, you validate your Lodis Card (subject to management approval) and eligibility to start recieving discounts and offers immediately. The information you provide below will be used to inform you of current offers promoted by the Three Saints Hotel Group and associated local businesses, and will not be sold to any third parties or used for any other purpose. Your details help us to better understand you as a valued customer, so we can tailor our products and services accordingly, and enable us to offer a better customer experience. By completing the lodis card application form, you agree that we may contact you in the future to let you know about special offers, discounts, promotional vouchers and special events. We may also inform you of offers on behalf of our list of associated local businesses.
